We had a sewage leak in our crawl space.  Needless to say the smell and clean up was more than my DIY family could handle. We originally used a company recommended by our home insurance.  We soon found they had not done the job completely and did not pay attention to details. So we decided to hire SERVPRO. They were extremely knowledgeable and courteous.

They cleaned up any remaining sewage and were very detail-oriented.  They went above and beyond my expectation of cleaning and making the crawl space a safe area again. They were easy to contact and quick to respond and make an appointment.  After a week, we made repairs to the crawl space and you would not even know that there had been sewage leaking in the area.  
Don't waste your time with other companies.  SERVPRO should have been our first choice!

I was in a time crunch to have a few rooms in my apartment building cleaned in time for the new tenants to move in after the new year. I called this SERVPRO and explained how I needed them cleaned over the weekend. They said it was not a problem and my apartments look spotless!

The snow storm that blew over last weekend froze one of our pipes causing an even bigger problem for us. SERVPRO arrived quickly and was able to help us and the damage it caused.

On October 13, 2017 our neighbor drove her car through the side of our garage compromising not only the wall of the garage, but also the main beam supporting the roof of the garage.  Responding emergency personnel advised us to contact SERVPRO to install temporary supports to our garage wall and ceiling.  There was also a gasoline spill, evergreens and bushes knocked out of the ground, damage to the arbor alongside the garage, and destruction of the fence between the garage and the arbor. Due to the damage to the garage wall, all the siding on that side of our house also had to be replaced.

SERVPRO responded quickly and efficiently to shore up the wall and ceiling, addressed the gasoline spill, and provided an estimate in a timely manner to perform the necessary repairs. They were ready to begin as soon as the insurance company agreed upon the estimate (which unfortunately took six weeks). Once they began the repairs they worked as quickly as the process would allow, always left the work site in a clean state, the staff were pleasant and on time, and always communicated with us so we would know what to expect and when.

In addition, they also took care of communications with the insurance company, the township inspectors, the architect, and engineering approvals.

We would have no difficulty in recommending SERVPRO if you have any sort of emergency to your home.

Anytime there is a need for great service definitely use SERVPRO of Whitemarsh/Cheltenham.  Our office was in need of someone to come out and access a water situation that we had in the basement.  From the first phone call to when Marshall Mulloy arrived at the office it was top notch service.  Marshall went above and beyond to help us deal with the water and gave us great advice on how to deal with the ongoing problem.  He was kind, courteous and definitely went above what we expected him to do.  We have used SERVPRO in the past and they will continue to be our first call when any other situation arises in the future.
