Water Damage from a Frozen Pipe

With temperature dropping down below freezing the past few weeks, many people have been finding themselves stuck with water damage from a frozen pipe bursting. This family came home from a vacation and were not aware how cold it was actually going to get. They lowered the heat before they left and did not keep their faucets dripping slowly. These factors lead to their pipe bursting. The water affected the living room, which is what is shown in the pictures. The carpet had to be removed along with some of the carpet on the stairs leading to the third floor.
