Storm Damage Causes Water Damage

The polar vortex that rolled over the east coast this week proved to cause many problems for people in our area. We have had multiple calls for burst pipes because of the extreme cold weather the storm brought in. This customer did have a pipe that bursts and left quite a bit of water damage to her living room and kitchen. This is actually the second time we have remediated her house for water. The carpet in her living room had to be removed this time along with the padding. Thankfully, the drywall was not affected and therefore didn't have to be taken out. We left many dehumidifiers and air movers at the residence.
